Brendan Foster biography

Brendan Foster (born 12 January 1948 in Hebburn, Brendan FosterCounty Durham, England) is a British former long-distance runner. His first international appearance was at the 1970. Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, where he won a Bronze Medal at 1500m. He won his third European Cup title in 1979, this time at 10,000 m.
