David Hemery biography

David Hemery, CBE, (born 18 July 1944) is a British David Hemeryformer track and field athlete. After a virtual absence in 1971 he competed in the Munich Olympics, finishing third in the 400m hurdles behind Aki-Bua and Mann in 48.52 sec. At the same Games, he won a Silver Medal with the British 4x400 m relay team.
