Dharam Devdutt Pishorimal Anand (26 September 1923 – 3 December 2011), better known as Dev Anand, was an Indian film actor, writer, director and producer known for his work in Hindi cinema.

Dev Anand was a huge fan of the great actor and got a chance to meet him while Chaplin

Dev Anand's nickname was Chiru.

Dev Anand owned 800 jackets and his favourite colours were yellow, brown and black. He wore red once in a while.

Dev Anand worked in a Hollywood film, 'The Evil Within' which also starred one of his favourite leading ladies Zeenat Aman along with Vietnamese actress Kieu Chinh.
