Vinod Khanna is an Indian actor and producer of Bollywood films. He appeared in 137 films, of which 54 are solo hero films and 47 are 2 hero films with Vinod as the lead hero. In all, he acted as the main lead hero in 101 films and 36 films had him in the supporting role. He got his first break as the solo lead hero in the film Hum Tum Aur Woh (1971), which was followed by the 1971 multi-hero film

 Khanna married Geetanjali Taleyarkhan, a Parsi girl, much to his family’s chagrin. The couple had two sons - Rahul and Akshaye, both of whom are now actors. However, their marriage ended in a divorce. In 1990, Khanna married with Kavita Daftary and had his second marriage. Their matrimonial alliance led to the birth of a son - Sakshi and a daughter - Shraddha.
